    When I made a blueberry ale I didn't strain anything, I was just careful not to syphon the
    blueberries or trub. I think all of my blueberries eventually fell to the bottom before I
    racked the beer.

    I don't have a lot of lager experience, but on the few occasions I've done lagers I've noticed
    a big difference with a few extra weeks cold conditioning. The beer went from kind of bad to
    pretty good....

    I second McGuire's. I had fun there on a business trip. Agreed that their brew wasn't special,
    but it was a nice place to have a good steak and a few drinks.
