  • been thinking about brewing a long time. a friend tried it and gave me the umph to start. got a few good brews in the batch. have yet to get a bad one. (while he has 3 bad ones in a row teehee) im doing 5 gal at a time hoping to do all-grain a few years from now but i wanna keep it easy now just to keep interest. but im loving it currently. and i just picked up a full fridge for a future keg setup (i mean because the wife needed some freezer space)

    i have used my bottleing bucket as a primary for quite a few brews. never had a problem
    disinfecting it. i just take it apart and make sure its clean only take a minute or 2.

    bring your 2 gallon batch up to atleast 160 your temp will drop when the grain is addedlike
    mentioned above Sanitize. (anything that touches the cooled wort needs to be sanitized)
