I would definitely dry hop. I do with the Coopers IPA. I generally use 2-3 ounces of hops in a
tea and another 1-2 ounces in a dry hop for 7 days for a nice and hoppy IPA with a very
American IPA flav...

I condition everything in the bottle for a minimum of 3 weeks, even low ABV brews. I let
stronger brews sit longer than that.

The can + 3 lbs of dry malt extract or 3.3 pounds of liquid malt extract is pretty much the
standard. Adding 3/4 lbs. of additional sugars should have little or no affect on the flavor. I

I frequently use Coopers and Muntons cans as a base for brews. By adding hops, specialty
grains, and using different yeasts; one can create excellent beers with these kits. My friends
and house guests...
