    I used to have this problem on every batch I made after it first appeared. After I started
    brewing and racking in the garage the problem went away. I believe it is some kind of mold that

    Don't worry about it. Almost all of my beer has a white film over it but it still tastes fine.
    Being in South Texas where the humidity is always high I believe mine is some sort of mold.
