from Austin Homebrew. Most (maybe all) of the fittings are from Wayne at Bargain Fittings

Sorachi Ace isn't anything like what you'll taste in regular Sapporo in spite of them
developing the hop. If you want a Sapporo taste, I would just go with a noble hop like you

550 won't give you a Hefeweizen or a Wit, but it will give you a great beer. I would give it a
