You mentioned you left it in the primary for a while. Does the recipe call for leaving it in
the primary for that long? I had a batch that I left sitting for 2 weeks before I went on vaca

What about the steam wand on an espresso machine? I am brewing a Belgian triple and was

Thanks for the link, I may go for a raw cider and skip the yeast all together..if I can find
