Your mash pH should come out OK unless you get crazy with black malts. 5.2 doesn't work so

The most important thing for you to understand is that you do not need to increase your
alkalinity by 434. No beer will benefit from alkalinity that high. Your water should brew a
fine beer at 47 SRM ...

I usually get 4 kegs or so out of a tank and it runs about 13 bucks a fill.You must have some
leakage. If I had to guess I get about 20 kegs for my 10# tank, force carbing and
