Home Brewing Biography: El Union:
7lbs amber plain malt extract syrup 1lb dry malt extract .5lb Crystal Malt 120L .5lb Chocolate Malt 330L 2oz Spalter hops .5 oz German Select hops 1 vial of White Lab California Ale (WLP001) Put the malts in 1.5 gal water and removed when the water begins to boil. Then add the extract and boiling hops. Then add the flavor hops in the last 10 min of the 60 min boil.

MCSA Pils:
3 lb light dry extract 1 lb Caravienne malt 1 lb Bohemian pilsner malt 1 lb German Pilsner malt 1 oz Tettnanger (boiling) .5 oz Green Select (boiling) .5 oz Tettnanger(flavor) .5 oz Green Select (flavor) 1 oz Tettnanger (aroma) 1 vial White Labs German Lager yeast (WLP830) Put the malts in a muslin bag in 1.5 gal water and removed when the water begins to boil. Then add the extract and boiling hops. Then add the flavor hops at 30 min and add the aroma hops in the last 2 min of the 60 min boil.
