Due to the non-success of my summer cider due to faulty equipment, I was relatively put off
homebrewing for a while. However, I decided to take the plunge and get all fixed up blah blah

#4 would be really tight by the looks of things, which isn't a great idea. After all, this is
my first (hopefully successful) homebrew, and i'd rather us have copious amounts of cider on
tap than have...
