My wife and I prefer this cider still... i have not pasteurized... I bottle and keep it in the
keezer at around 35... our first batch we sparkled half and left half still...

Ill have to check the exact recipe that I used... missed getting decent og and skipped the fg
all together (no point since the og was an unreliable reading) but this finished out between
3.5 and 4%......

I generally use nottingham ale yeast from Danstar... I've gotten a nice dry cider from using
belle saison and not back sweetening...

Before for abv... if you want a certain gravity for a back sweeten target you can check again

The cider stuff would work... as would a higher concentration of the brown sugar, corn sugar,
pretty much anything sweet... if your going for carbonated then make sure to stay away from

shops book and follow it exact except cutting the hops down...Im not sure how to plug this into
