Ah, yes. Genny Cream Ale. I used to play rugby for the Genesee Creamers. We'd get a keg donated

Just a guess here but this doesn't sound too different that adding hops at flameout. You
shouldn't get any grassy notes but the aroma we be substantial less than if you waited.

I don't see anything that would directly effect yeast growth, most of that looks like amino
acids and some vitamin derivatives....Though I usually use Trisodium Phosphate (TSP) to clean
my driveway :)...
