Once final gravity has been reached it goes to a keg. Why would you want to keep it sitting on
the yeast once you've reached FG... nothing good is going to come of that!

I've done a triple stout for a wedding and a festival which turned out great. I used cocoa in
the boil, some high cocoa count chocolate in the boil and secondaried on lightly roasted cocoa
