As others have said for IPA's instead of one massive dryhop I go with smaller multi stage
dryhops. In our PtY clone we do 4 dryhop sessions.

Not sure what your batch size was but that doesn't sound like a very large starter to me for a
quad. Give it a couple days and then look for activity before trying to fix something that may
not be bro...

A couple thoughts... 1) are you 100% sure that the mill didn't put a preservative in the cider
you bought and 2) if your cider was preservative free then give it another day or so to look

Very cool! Which recipe on this thread did you go with?Also, did you Co2 pressurize the keg
during conditioning or simply purge with Co2 and left it at that..with no pressure before
putting in the kee...
