Had a No-Chill Munich Helles go onto second round of NHC, didn't place put still a decent
score. Could it have been better if I "properly" chilled it? Possibly... But it might have also
done better if...

Looks like Mt. Tallac was still open as of last week. Went there last year and had a couple

You need to replace the gauges on the secondaries with 0-60 psi, so you can see your delivery
pressures. The secondaries will never get more pressure than what you have the primary's outlet
set to, so...
