  • I enjoy nature, hiking, boating out in Buzzards Bay, but I also like learning about doing different hobbies like, brewing beer, electronics, and computer programming in VB.NET.
  • Baseball and Football
  • Classic Rock, Country, Metal, Some Gospel, Blues. If its done by a talented person then usually any type of music is good!
  • I like trying new things and I enjoy beer! This is a new hobby of mine and just started as of 11-2-12
  • Moving on to partial mash brew kits next! Then maybe after a few of these I may move into all grain.
  • Just bottled British Bitter extract kit with added steeping grains. (6-29-13)

    I am thinking that it depends to some degree on the equipment you have to cool the wort. If you
    do not have a wort cooler then I am thinking 2-3 gallons so its a little easier too cool, such

    Are whole cone hops available?? I am looking to buy some for my next brew.I was also wondering

    Well I must say that I have enjoyed all the suggestions! Though one issue that was mentioned
    was the No Rinse / Jet Dry liquid and I just turned the dial to off and I plugged the hole with
    a clean ear...

    I been leading up to this process myself and I been just seeping a pound of crush grain in my
    extract kits, but you would be better off as was suggested to also sparge/rinse the grains with
    the hot 17...
