    +1. I own that certificate, as well. My 2nd batch rolled out of my hauler. I found myself
    covered in 5 gallons of wort and picked shards of glass out of my feet and shins for a week.
    Not a happy campe...

    residue. He has seen the same issue after hand rinsing his pint glasses.Concerning my methods,

    Thanks RM-MN, I did boil the priming sugar, let it cool, then poured it in the bottling bucket.

    Good point......Went back downstairs, checked the fridge. I can smell the yeast. It appears

    Yep, I am a newbie. First batch in the primary. I intend to rack to a secondary. Brewing a
    Beligium Wit. WLP400 yeast. Did not use a starter. (won't do that again) No action seen in the
    airlock at all...
