    ABOUT ME

  • I am a little fat man that wants to brew. The first 4/5 brews were all grain. I learned that if it smells like beer it is drinkable.

  • New to all-grain brewing. I saw it done once and thought I would give it a try. My first try was recent 8/09 and my wife and son-in-law loved it. I tried several other ales with success. I brewed a Milk Stout by mistake and after setting for two to three months in Corny Kegs it was great. I am currently automating a single tier brew stand with 3 march pumps. I am following JonW and will be using a BCS-462. I have not brewed in the last 24 months.
  • Oatmeal Stout and a Porter will be my maiden voyage after the brew stand is completed.

The power supply you get really depends on how much current you need. I used 12V ball valves

plugged into the outlets numbered 16,18,and 20. My 3 gas valves are 120v with two wires. I want
    to know how an...
