I have been homebrewing since 2007(extract, partial mash) In 2011 i started all grain brewing. Got into beer tasting with my brother who lived in germany for a year and came back with a love of beer. Was inspired by all the flavors and by brewery tours. ive brewed ambers, hefeweizens, ipas, porters, apa, pilsners, wheat,
bocks, belgians, etc. some have been great some have been horrible. I am always trying something new. I love the fact that there is always something new to learn. Cheers! -
