Saniclean is a lower foaming sanitizer like StarSan... that might be what you need.

I know you said it is getting a 12VDC source, but is it getting enough amperage to open the

I don't think it would be a problem, copper will hold up just fine in salt water. If you are
really worried about it you can flush it with fresh water when you are finished.

Moerlein lager house, Hofbrauhaus, Mecklenburg gardens are all solid choices. Also quite a few

If possible, just take the whole gas assembly (CO2 tank, lines, regulator, distributor, etc)
and submerge in the bath tub. Just look for bubbles and you'll know where your leaks are.I
