    ABOUT ME

  • New to the home brewing hobby, but interested in seeing what it is all about. Looking to learn by extract brewing and then likely move onto all grain brewing.

My brewing name is Rivendell Brewing Co. and obviously has ties back to the Tolkien books - which have meant a lot to me an my family.

If it's left in the primary, can it be moved to a cooler environment? 65-68 degrees? Seems that
    the primary fermentation is done.
