I would think it should be. Try it. Worse that happens is a "sore stomach" for a day or two.
Then you can warn off the rest of us who might try it later.

Sounds good. Amarillo are some good hops. I've used them a couple times. Very citrusy, like
cascade, but a little more like orange than grapefruit, in my opinion anyway.
