I Mashed and lautered just fine but that's where everything devolved! My regulator screwed up

Used Carbtabs once...won't ever again....not even for a few bottles.Expensive and never

BTW, SWIMBO uses a little coffee cup and puts some apple cider vinegar in it with a drop or two
of dish detergent and that works great for the kitchen. Guess I'll start doing the same around

I scored a medical O2 tank "E" size I think for $40. Oh and it had a little wheeled cart and
regulator with it. The fact that it had 2000 PSI in it (full) was even better!

Old thread, but I've got a Kolsch in primary right now using 1010. Hopefully I'll have
