Just throw them in. I either cold crash or use gelatin to clarify before bottling, but I also
use a couple gallon size mesh bags to catch any remaining particles. Works like a charm.You

When dry hopping with pellets in the primary, do you simply toss them in or is there some sort

How do you control it that closely (gaining 1 degree per day)? Mine usually drops about 2

I've noticed better results lately by leaving my beers in the fridge as long as possible before
drinking. From what i've read this forces the CO2 back down into the beer for more even
