I recently brewed a nice strong ale SG @ 1.070, and after 2 weeks it is at 1.030. Im a little
worried about it not meeting the "recomended" FG of 1.018-1.014. Im gonna be patient with it...

Yea all i do is right after i pour the glass i run it through with hot water. Then when i go to
bottle my batches i just jet wash them, then dunk the bottles in star san and thats it, nothing

My recent batch (choc. raspb. stout) has been stuck at 1.030 even after adding more yeast. The
