  • I have been homebrewing since 1999 when a friend suggested we start making our own beer. Sounded like a fun thing to do, so as a result, I went to the local homebrew shop (New Orleans, LA) and bought an extract kit. My first beer turned out okay, but I felt confident I could do better. Over the years, I have gravitated towards all-grain, but I still occasionally make extract beers when I just don't have the time. I like darker ales and am only recently starting to try my hand at really big beers. I started out in all grain fly sparging, but have recently turned to batch sparging out of a desire to simplify my procedure.

extremely witty, if you appreciate British humor. The episodes are short (20 minutes) so it's
