  • Introduced to brewing by my dad making beer in what had previously been a nappy (daiper for US people) bucket. Been brewing UK style kits on and (mostly)off for about 20 years.
    Started again about 3 years ago and have ramped to making own recipe extract brews.
  • Partial mash for next brew followed by slow move towards all grain.
  • Moa Pale Ale - Nelson Sauvin experimental brew.
  • Cloudripper - SN pale ale clone
    Deolali IPA - passable classic English IPA
    Janus - Abbey Dubbel

    My immediate call would be to little speciality malt and to complex hopping, I'd suggest
