Hops scale fine....Out palate cannot detect micro differences in IBUs so if there were any
discrepancies anyway. And if you run your recipes through any software and scale, you can
always make note of...

Just take any of your favorite recipes on this forum or anywhere, and divide by 5. Beer recipes
are scalable, a 1 gallon batch is just 1/5 of a 5 gallon batch or 1/10th of a 10 gallon batch.

It's supposed to do that, that's how you end up with clear beer. The yeast falls out of
suspension, usually from the top down.

I love pork loins to cook with, but you can't really get many medallions out of them. With
meatglue you can bond the entire protein together and then slice them into
