  • I have been brewing for about a year now. I'm an extract brewer. I have brewed a lot of different styles. I prefer Pale Ales, Ambers, IPA's, and Brown Ales, but I will try anything. I get all my ingredients locally.

    I have only been kegging for a couple of batches now and I have been force carbonating.
    Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Any suggestions.
