No, I jjust rehydrate in a cup of water for 20 or so mins.I haven't had a problem with that yet
on any of my batches with us-05 and this brew is og 1.068to 1.07 and ferments to 1.016.

Western Michigan is a beautiful area, especially along the lakeshore. We went to New Holland
Brewing Co. last summer, they have some pretty good brew too.
