I did a wort beer kit. It has been in the secondary with a proper air lock in place for 5
weeks. Been super busy and kind of forgot about it. Any chance its still ok?

I'd say it just needs more time. Two weeks isn't very long. The instructions said it would be
ready in a week.....so I left it 2 before trying it.Should I put it into a warmer area for 2

How did you add sugar? A little to each bottle or a larger amount to the entire batch, then
bottle?What temp have the bottles been stored at?What kind of bottles? Glass with crimp-on
crowns or plastic...

You have to change your area to where you live. The website defaults to Ontario. I ended up
picking one up in Peace River Alberta, and I think they had more in stock.And yes, it is "in

Yes, that is also what I was wondering but forgot to ask.......if there are food grade
cylinders. I see conversion kits that allow the use of paintball gun cylinders, but those would
not be food safe ...
