I'd say try a huge late hop or dry hop addition on one of them, huge boil addition will
probably be terrible... way too bitter and you'll have boiled off all the aroma.Or better put
them in a paper ba...

Thanks. I didn't make it out of work before the homebrew shop closed, so I'm taking that as a
sign to just bottle with no additional yeast. I'll see how it goes.

Iíve searched but havenít come across a situation quite like this: letís call it an
experimental brew along the lines of a Belgian double IPA, or something like duvel tripel hop.

Did you add water to bring to full volume after the boil? If so it's possible the hydro reading
was off due to incomplete mixing... on my second batch i thought I royally f'd up when the
reading was 3...
