I just leave the HLT on the stove and use a 1 gallon pitcher to ladel the hot water on top of a
tupperware lid floating about 1 inch above the top of the grain bed. I average about 75% eff.

I rock a 5 gal igloo. I've packed 14# in there. Real thick. About 1.080 is the highest OG I can
get. If I need to brew higher than that I just make it up with extract. 1.080 to 1.012 is about

I've had a fementation chamber grow mold. Little bleach and some scrubbing cleared it up. Also
