    Yes, I tried brewing with straight RO, no salts and just enough acidulated malt to hit my mash
    pH and then sparged with straight RO. So basically my sparge water would have had a pH of 7.

    It varies based on the recipe, it's always either pellet hops or hopshots as is the case with
    some of the NB kits like Plinian and Off The Topper.
