Stepped up a starter of 3068 which is the first yeast I've grown from a slant. Looks great so
far. Also culturing some 1318 from the bottle dregs of a pumpkin ale. Took a while but it

Just autoclaved a bunch of slant vials to start up my yeast bank. Also innoculated a few plates
with 3787 and Pacman from a bottle of Imperial Younger's Special Bitter.
