    Ok so to clarify I don't need to boil first and then cool to 155 for the mashing? This makes
    sense bc once it's boiled it would kill anything that could have potentially got in there from
    the mashing?...

    Dumb question but do you mash the specialty grains first and then after that is done, bring it
    back to a boil and add in the LME, etc...?
