Kegged up my second batch. It's delicious. FG came in at 1.010 so I got about 5% ABV. Not bad.
Will be making this in the future for sure.

I ended up with a 1.055 OG. I think it is something I'm doing wrong with my mash. Or my set up

I've actually picked up those ingredients in preparation for trying this myself. Through some
research I found clove is used also. But if he said only those 2 he obviously knows better.

I did add the Amylase for 7 days. I ended up kegging it last night. Still delicious and potent
enough for me!

A week later and still 1.010. Anything else I can do to help up the abvs?edit.If there is
