  • I got into homebrewing by visiting a friend who moved to Portalnd, OR. While I was in town, I watched him go through the process, while we were drinking his very first beer. The experience was amazing!! I couldn't wait to get home and try this for myself.. Unfortunately for me, I never "just try" anything.. I ended up buying enough equipment to have 6 different batches going at one time, and the equipment to keg 3 batches and bottle another 3 batches..
  • I plan of putting together a Kolsch or a Cream Ale, as a Lawnmower beer (I need a lawnmower beer now that I have more than an acre).

    I still get 'Security Errors' when attempting to use the mobile app. Most of the time this
    affects me by making it impossible to post reply the threads. I've almost given up on HBT
    because of this!
