  • I got into homebrewing by visiting a friend who moved to Portalnd, OR. While I was in town, I watched him go through the process, while we were drinking his very first beer. The experience was amazing!! I couldn't wait to get home and try this for myself.. Unfortunately for me, I never "just try" anything.. I ended up buying enough equipment to have 6 different batches going at one time, and the equipment to keg 3 batches and bottle another 3 batches..
  • I plan of putting together a Kolsch or a Cream Ale, as a Lawnmower beer!

    Decided to add a tbsp of lemon zest to this recipe with the tbsp of the green peppercorn I am
