I haven't entered any comps yet. But, this might be my first. I have an APA, Stout and CDA
ready. though, I'm not sure the stout and CDA would fit into a particular category.

I would forgo the peppers in the boil, and only add to secondary (or primary after fermentation
has stopped). Before adding to the peppers, give them a quick boil and then freeze them.
