  • Wanted to brew before I drank beer. My entire family on my dad's side (pure italian) makes wine, but thats not my thing. I don't know why I wanted to brew, because I really didn't like beer all that much when I first got interested. But you know how the rest of the story goes: once you make it and drink it, there is no substitute.

    Just got the big ole ss pot, cooler with copper manifold, 50 foot IC and a bunch of better bottles.

    To be honest... It was good, but nothing like Boston Lager. Could be my water chemistry though,
    been having trouble getting good hop profiles.
