I've also been using fine steel wool and hot water for stubborn labels. Works like a charm if
you let them soak for 5-10 minutes.

Hot water and Five Star PBW does the trick for me. Maybe it's just me but it seems to work
faster than Oxyclean. A little goes a long way too.

Just kegged an american brown with this yeast. Went from 1.059 to 1.011 in a week at roughly 65
degrees. Let it sit for 2 weeks and the Krausen finally flocc'd out. Spent the last week at
about 62 deg...

If you decide on Charleston, definitely seek out a stop at Coast Brewing. World Class brews
coming from them. Along the way I'd recommend Terrapin in Athens, Sweetwater (Atlanta)
