i bottled my second AG batch, an Imperial Red Honey Ale. I am really looking forward to this

well, brew day has come and gone. a few thoughts... i missed my OG by a LOT! wanted 1.082 and
got 1.070. i mashed at 148 for 60 minutes... don't know what the problem was, but i am not sure

my first AG effort was an attempt to clone Honkers Ale from Goose Island Brewery. i don't
really know if i got close, but it is a very drinkable beer. Not great, but definitely better
than commercial ...
