What do you think of putting this on a yeast cake of Wyeast 1338 from a Rogue Dead guy? How
would this effect taste?

Will this work with wyeast 1056 yeast cake of dead guy clone? Or would I be better off with
yeast which recipe calls for?

Ok, brewed this 2 wks ago extract with extra pound of DME. It went from 1.081 to 1.021( checked
today). I used wyeast 1056. Should I leave it in primary for another wk or put it to secondary?
