If I get carried away, I seem to forget the OG. So I just guess the alcohol content by how fast
I get a buzz going when it is finally ready to drink. lol.

Samuel Adams Alpine Spring... Taste like Pine-Sol smells. I thought it would pretty bad.

I add the pumpkin to the beginning of the boil and the spices to the boil in the last ten
minutes. I did it for an Ale, but I would assume it would work the same for adding it to any
brew.

It seems that Google brings us all here. I had questions while brewing and Googled for some
answers. I always seemed to find the best answers here. That's why I decided to join.
