Toss it. Dry yeast is cheap and its not worth risking an infection on a beer that size.

I would try some lubri-film on that o-ring and see if that helps to seal it up.

I would go with the .5 magnum( depending on the AA%) + 1.0 Willamette and save the other ounce
for another brew.

Same thing happens to my better bottles when I crash cool. The bottle will be perfectly fine
and your subsequent batches will be ok.
