I'm trying to keep the temps low, but with the heat here its a little difficult. Its about 68
degrees. It does smell like the other half of the same batch that has the Irish ale yeast in

I would go with the .5 magnum( depending on the AA%) + 1.0 Willamette and save the other ounce

Same thing happens to my better bottles when I crash cool. The bottle will be perfectly fine
and your subsequent batches will be ok.
