Question for a newbie. Is the outside girding plate supposed to spin when rotating? Or should

How strong is the "lemon-lime" flavor is everyone getting? I tasted after about a week and a
half, and can hardly taste any lemon-lime. Maybe it will be different after carbing.

I never really got a second krausen when I made this. It probably fermented out without you

My "Weedwhacker Wheat", a very slight tweaking of the popular American Wheat recipe brewed with
WLP 2565 yeast that can be found in the recipe database here on HBT. So crisp and delicious.
