j1rubin, how'd the BYO recipe treat you? Like many others, this is one of my favorite

Whenever I brew with Cascade, Centennial, Simcoe...and of course Chinook, I get a very, very
strong pine taste. The citrusy notes get drowned out by the pine, and I'm getting tired of it.

Just tasted it flat after crash cooling. WOW, it's delicious. The centennial hops really do
make this a unique and tasty recipe. Will definitely be on a constant rotation in my kegerator.

StinkyVp, I do BIAB. I use the 1.25qt/lb ratio, so with 6lbs of grain or so, you're talking
about roughly 7.5qts or 1.875g of mash water. Then I sparge with however much water I need for
