Question. Was I supposed to be watering my hops over winter when they were dormant? Because I

Infected or too much trub? I did get a lot more trub in the carboy than i normally do. Also
when i pitched the yeast (wlp008 east coast) it was pretty foamy on top. About 2 inches of

And here they are laid out to dry. I probably could have waited a few more days but I think
they are fine. Papery, not very moist and they smell amazing.
