    Don't discount the perception of dryness carbonation will give it. A highly carbed Belgian
    tastes a lot different than the hydro sample.

    I'm at a total loss. The last three batches I've brewed have been 10 or more gravity points
    below my anticipated gravity. I don't understand it. Literally nothing has changed with my
