- All grain brewer. Batch size: 5-15 gallons. I have both 40qt & 80qt kettles. One 70qt tun. Kettles fired by natural gas ring-burners. Immersion chiller: Fifty feet of 1/2" copper tubing with an ice water recirc. Ferment in plastic. One Sanyo 4912 and 14 cornie kegs. Loads and loads of bottles!

Golden Strongs, Tripels and Dubbels. Throw in some Bitters, Milds and Pale Ales for everyday drinking. Maybe a few Hefeweizens as it gets cooler...
20 gallons of cider. Just need the fermenter space... - 10 gallons of Mild Bitter. 5 gallons Wry Blonde.

Ahh... I guess a taste must be developed for this then. I got about 14 gal of the
stuff.Overshot my gravity and still hit my numbers on the nose. That's what I get for closing
up the gap after 1 1/2 y...
